The British Beard Club is the First and Original social meeting group for beard growers, their partners and families of The British Islands. We encourage, support and discuss the growing, maintenance and styling of beards and other facial hair, making new friends, enjoying good food, real ales and good conversation about all subjects. Our 542 members come from all walks of life.
The British Beard Club is a non-political, non-orientated Unincorporated Charitable Association of Beard Aficionados giving support, friendship, and advice to anyone who wants to grow a beard, has just started to grow theirs, or who has been growing a beard for years.
“I am a traditional cider-drinking, pasty-eating Cornishman.
“I've always had facial foliage of one type or another since I can remember. I've recently settled back into my goatee, which served me well in my first competition at the 2013 Wessex Beardsmen's Comp, placing a respectable 3rd place (for which I couldn't be prouder).
“I have 3 beautiful children (of which I'm even prouder) and I live with my girlfriend and step-son(ish) in a little village on the Moors. Beard Long And Prosper to all!”
