The British Beard Club is the social meeting group for bearded men, their partners and families of The British Islands. We discuss, encourage and support the growing, styling and maintenance of a man's beard, and along the way we make new friends, enjoy good food, real ales and good conversation.
The British Beard Club is a non-political, non-orientated loose association of Beard Aficionados giving mutual support, friendship, and advice to men who have always wanted to grow a beard, who are growing their beards, or who have had a beard for years.
“I'm one of the members living abroad, in Rheims, France, where French kings were crowned and Champagne wine is produced. I've been bearded since I was 25.
“I've tried different styles, I generally let it grow freely from November to March and a shorter style during the summer.
“I'm a full time teacher at Reims Management School. I teach basic business statistics, research methodology and manage the mémoires (thesis) at the master level for around 600 students a year.
“My hobbies are cooking, photography and making movies from script to cut."
