“I have had a beard of some form for over 12 years now and don't think I could be without it, especially after getting involved in the bearding community and meeting so many awesome people.

“I entered my first competition last year at Beard On 21 and have caught the bug, I have 4 on my calendar for this year so far.

“Whilst preparing for Beard On I came to the realisation that I couldn't grow a decent 'tache, so shaved it off to see how it would look, and have been sporting the Whaler style ever since.

“When I'm not bearding or working I spend my time drinking copious amounts of coffee and spending time with my family.”
