“I started to grow my beard in February 2015. An unbearded mate spurred me on to give it a go 'cos "It'll be badass!" and he wasn't wrong!

“After about 3–4 months I felt comfortable saying it was finally a beard, and I'm stoked I grew it. It's been trimmed every now and then and I don't really use products on it. It's just combed through daily, and I like to leave as it wants to be, I spose. I didn't want a "pristine" beard, natural is better on my face - haha!

“During my working day I am a groundsman / gravedigger at my local woodland burial ground. After work I like to ride my BMX bike or go for few real ales down me local.

“I like listening to punk and rock, and my favourite bands would have to be The Clash, Pentagram and Black Sabbath. I like to watch comedies like The Office and Alan Partridge.

“I'm saving up to get a motorbike and then start my CBT and onwards. I'm not the most confident to start with somtimes, but I love to have a laugh!”
